When you submit an order to New Park Cemetery, Inc. over the Internet, you are offering to purchase the items in your order. A valid payment method must be provided at the time of ordering. No goods will be delivered unless full payment is received.
New Park Cemetery, Inc. accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Cards, and eChecks via PayPal.
New Park Cemetery, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.
You may request amendments to your order by contacting us via email at info@newpark.net.
Most items sold by New Park Cemetery, Inc. are custom made to order. As such, there may be slight variations between the website representation and the actual item received. We take great care to match your purchase to the visual image shown online.
Prices are subject to change at any time and without prior notice, as long as no order has yet been submitted.
New Park Cemetery, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or remove the item from the order. If no substitute is acceptable, a full refund will be issued.
We are unable to exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. If there is an engraving mistake made by us, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
Granite markers ordered from our SHOP category typically take approximately 45 days to complete. By submitting an order, you acknowledge and accept this estimated timeframe.
Once completed, markers that are to be placed within our cemetery may require an additional 20 days on average for installation at the grave site, depending on weather conditions.
